During my more than 10 year career in various DMCs / incoming agencies in Vienna, whether in the field of individual travellers, group travel, conferences and MICE events, or just one-off special projects, I had the chance to develop some of my talents and abilities: the organisation, planning and operation of trips, events and projects.

My experience since becoming a full-time guide has additionally developed my expertise in on-site operation with direct client contact.

The pivotal point of every project is staff planning; the on-site success during operation is dependent on it. Our professional title might be „certified Austria guide“ but our field has developed strongly towards a local service provider. We not only offer tours in and around Vienna, we take care of our guests from the moment they arrive at the airport, through the check-in procedure and hospitality desk at the hotel, to every other aspect of the stay such as tours, dinners galas, conference programme, until it is time to say farewell at the airport again.

Whatever is YOUR SPECIAL REQUIREMENT – whether short-term for half a day, a full day or an evening, or long-term for days, weeks or even months – I will be pleased to be of assistance to make your project a success. In this field, I am proud to be able to call on a professional and trustworthy team of colleagues – all certified Austria guides – who have, over the years, been through thick and thin with me and our guests. Our shared memories include looking after guest during the European Football Championships in 2008, an emotional month with incentive guests of a major American insurance group or for many years now welcoming the the luxury clientele of a major Danube cruise company.

The fee for putting together your customized team of guides will depend on the scale of the project, the duration, the job requirements as well as billing and payment conditions. The price is as individual as your requirements.
